Melanie Brandt, is a Program Specialist in the Cajon Valley Union School District. In her current role, she supports the World of Work Initiative, a K-12 Modern Curriculum. This curriculum provides students with the tools needed to explore the World of Work through investigating their own unique strengths, interests and values. She supports teachers, counselors, staff, students, and the community with the engagement in classroom based simulations that teach real jobs skills in careers. Her passion for parent engagement has led to creating workshops for families to understand the World of Work and how to support their child’s career development.
